Why Clients Choose Luxury Yacht Charter Monaco
A curated fleet of 34 yachts, from day cruisers to 50-metre superyachts
We maintain a focused selection rather than an open marketplace. The current roster ranges from agile 29-metre Sunseekers to the 50-metre Feadship Emerald, each matched to a specific charter profile—whether a half-day coastal cruise or a week-long Riviera passage.
Itineraries shaped by real cruising patterns, not brochure routes
Every charter plan reflects how experienced captains actually navigate these waters: sheltered morning anchorages off Beaulieu-sur-Mer, lunch stops where the swell cooperates, and return timings that account for afternoon wind shifts along the Cap Ferrat coastline.
Day-rate and APA structure explained before you commit
We present the charter fee alongside an itemised estimate for fuel and running costs so the financial picture is clear at the enquiry stage. No revision at dockside, no ambiguity about what the advance provisioning allowance covers.
Calm-water options for families and younger guests
Several yachts in the fleet suit shallow-draught anchoring in the protected bays between Villefranche-sur-Mer and Èze, and shorter formats—three to five hours—let families with children set a comfortable pace without committing to a full day offshore.
Quiet, hands-on coordination from first call to boarding
A single point of contact handles provisioning preferences, berth logistics at Port Hercule or Fontvieille, and any transfers you need arranged. Once aboard, route adjustments flow through your captain with our team standing by ashore.

Why Monaco Works as a Charter Starting Point
Monaco's position on the eastern Riviera gives charter guests immediate access to two distinct coastlines. Head east and the shoreline quickly opens to quiet coves and shallow anchorages along Cap d'Ail and the Mala Beach stretch—waters calm enough for younger children to swim close to the yacht. Turn west and you move through the deeper bays of Villefranche-sur-Mer and Beaulieu-sur-Mer, where lunch stops feel private even in high season. For guests with a full day or more, Cannes lies within a comfortable westward cruise. The season runs from May through September, with June and early September offering lighter traffic and softer light for those who prefer a quieter pace on the water.
Our fleet of over thirty yachts ranges from agile 29-metre motor yachts suited to half-day sunset runs to 50-metre crewed superyachts configured for multi-day passages with families or business groups aboard. Day charters and overnight formats are both available, and guest capacity varies by vessel—some accommodate six for a day cruise, others sleep ten or more across dedicated staterooms. We explain APA, fuel and provisioning costs before any commitment, so the financial shape of a charter is clear from the first conversation. Whether you need a short afternoon departure from Port Hercule or a four-night route threaded through the western Riviera, the booking process starts with a single enquiry and moves at whatever speed suits you.

A quick read of what most charter clients ask before booking.
-
What types of yachts can I charter from Monaco?
Our fleet ranges from sleek 29-metre motor yachts suited to afternoon cruises up to 50-metre superyachts with full crew for extended voyages. Builders represented include Sunseeker, Riva, Feadship and Philip Zepter, among others. Whether you need a day boat for a swim stop off Cap d'Ail or a crewed superyacht for a week along the Riviera toward Saint-Tropez, we match vessel size and style to your group, itinerary and occasion.
-
How are charter costs structured — what is the APA?
Charter pricing has two components. The base rate covers the yacht and her professional crew. On top of that, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) — typically a percentage of the charter fee — is placed in a fund to cover fuel, food, beverages, port fees and any extras requested during the trip. At the end of the charter the captain provides a full accounting, and any unspent APA is returned. We walk every client through this breakdown before any commitment so the budget is clear from the start.
-
How many guests can join a day charter versus an overnight trip?
For day charters, most yachts in our fleet accommodate up to 12 guests on deck. Overnight capacity is lower because it depends on the number and configuration of guest cabins — generally between six and 12 sleeping guests depending on the vessel. When you enquire, we confirm exact day and overnight limits for every yacht shortlisted so you can plan your group with confidence.
-
Do I need a licence to charter a crewed yacht?
No. When you book a crewed charter, the captain holds all required certifications and manages navigation, anchoring and port formalities on your behalf. You simply step aboard and direct the day. Bareboat hire — where you skipper the vessel yourself — does require appropriate qualifications, but the majority of our clients opt for crewed charters and the ease that comes with them.
-
When should I book, and which months offer the best conditions?
The core season runs from May through September, with July and August the busiest months along the Riviera. June and September tend to offer calmer anchorages, lighter marina traffic and pleasant sailing conditions — a good fit for families or anyone who prefers quieter waters around Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or Beaulieu. For charters during the Grand Prix or the yacht show period, plan several months ahead. Outside peak events, shorter lead times are often possible, though earlier enquiries give you the widest choice of vessels.
